This gave Azzurri Kelburne a 6-2 half time lead.

Second half started with a Michael Bremner solo run into the heart of the Gordonians ?D? though his final shot did not match the quality of the run.

12 year old Lee Morton then scored Azzurri Kelburnes 7th after a well timed pass from Alan Forsyth who completed his hat -trick 2 minutes later with a cheeky goal from the heart of the Gordonians defence.

Alan Forsyth then missed a gilt edged chance after a fantastic scoop from Josh Cairns left him free in the Gordonians circle but he hurried his pick up and the chance was lost.

Josh Cairns was then denied a hat trick of penalty corners when his attempt was disallowed by the umpire, but he soon completed his hat trick from the penalty spot when his flick flew past the Gordonians keeper to give Kelburne a 9-2 lead.

Lee Morton & Ryan Edgar both failed to add to their goal tally when given a chance by the impressive Alan Forsyth.

14 year old Ben Petersen then scored Azzurri?s 10th with a well taken goal, but poor defending allowed Gordonians another consolation goal.

Ben Petersen then completed the Azzurri scoring with a fantastic team goal after being set up by Craig Morton.

The young Azzurri Kelburne moved a step closer to retaining their U18 national title with a great victory against a physically stronger and far older squad from Aberdeen.

Azzurri U18?s now move Indoors to Perth next Sunday as they look to adding to their silverware though task will be difficult.
