The Men's 4th team entertained Uddingston as they looked to build on the positive result in last weeks opening fixture.A scrappy first half performance provided little in the way of creative hockey.
Kelburne made most of the goal scoring opportunities, mainly from penalty corners, and it was from this set play that Ewan Carmichael scored to give the team a one goal advantage going into half time.
Second half saw Kelburne press more and play better attacking hockey. Strong play down the right side of pitch, leading to two more goals. James Currie's quick thinking, from free hits into the top of circle followed by slick 1 - 2,s and goal scoring opportunities resulted . Connor Cusack and John Fergusson scoring respectively.
Kelburne finished the game strongly, retaining possession and limiting Uddingston to the long ball out.
A great result overall for the team.
