Summer Fete and Fun Day

Sunday 9th August, the club will be running its largest fundraising event of the yearTHE SUMMER FETE AND FUN DAY!!
We require YOUR HELP for the day to be a success!
We require ALL CLUB MEMBERS to volunteer their assistance on the day. We will need help to set everything up from 9.00am on the Sunday Morning.
We will also require members to help out with some of the stalls, even if it is just for a few hours.
Please try and encourage as many of your friends, relatives, workmates etc to come along on the day and lend their support to the event. We need to get as many people through the gates as we can!!
In the two weeks prior to the fete, we will be handing out advertising flyers around the town at various locations. We will also require club members to help hand out the flyers.
Why not take some flyers and hand them out to your friends, neighbours and workmates?
We also require LOTS OF DONATIONS!!!
- Bottles (alcoholic and non- alcoholic),
- New items for the Tombola stall (anything from a can opener to a car),
- Bric-a-brac (collectables etc)
- Home baking for the Tea Tent (cakes, pancakes, scones, cup cakes, biscuits - anything that is edible!!)
- Books, CDs, DVDs, Games, Videos etc.........
Everyone at the club benefits from the cash raised at this day, so please make the effort to give your donations and your time.
